famous WWW.RATTANSHACK.COM
2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY MERCHANDISE TO BE DELIVERED?
On average, orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to have it delivered to
a customers home.
3. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND WHAT I WANT?
We have made the process of purchasing artwork as easy as 1,2,3. Find the
category that interests you the most and click into the category to see
what we have in that section, or you can type in the site search
function what you are looking for. Our customer service agents are here
to answer your calls during our business hours. Please refer to the
contact us section for our operating hours.
4. CAN I ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, orders can be placed online via our secure shopping system which
uses Authorizenet payment system for 100% secure transactions. For those
customers who are skeptical in ordering online, you can send us the
information or order through the contact us section and a customer
service agent will call you back.
5. CAN I SEE THE PRODUCTS IN PERSON?
Since there are over 100 different artwork available, we have only stocked
a select few that have been hot sellers. A catalog will be available to
be viewed at the store.
6. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE?
Inspect the merchandise for transportation damages. Make sure that all
corners are not damaged and that the glass inside has not shattered.
Concealed and visible damages must be reported to Tropical Island
Accents.com within 5 business days from the arrival of the merchandise.
7. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Tropical Island Artwork.com accepts all major credit cards, cashiers
check, or money order. For online purchases buyers must pay in full via
authorizenet credit card checkout. This check out is bonded and 100%
secure, you will receive a confirmation from a Tropical Island Artwork
agent and authorizenet regarding the transaction. All orders placed must
be paid at the time of ordering.
8. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DO NOT LIKE WHAT I BOUGHT?
Please call 866-728-8261 and our agents will provide you with all the
information needed for a return. Unauthorized returns will not be
allowed; all returns must be submitted in writing and approved by a
Tropical Island Artwork.com representative. Customers will be reimbursed
the amount of sale minus the shipping charges to bring the merchandise
back to our warehouse. Sufficient packaging must be used for returns to
ensure merchandise arriving at our warehouse in good condition
